It is designed to meet the needs of both the processing <strong data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"473\">of regularly shaped parts<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"539\">that of components with complex or amorphous geometries<\/strong>, which are often difficult to stabilize during sandblasting or bead blasting. <\/p><p data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"1087\">One of the main challenges of surface treatment is <strong data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"713\">very small or very light parts<\/strong>, which are susceptible to projection, damage or poor treatment. The ABM 1000 provides an effective response to this problem thanks to a <strong data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"887\">system of interchangeable baskets<\/strong>, specifically designed to cover a wide dimensional range. This allows for reliable processing of parts ranging from <strong data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1045\">350 microns to 50 mm<\/strong>, without loss of control or deterioration.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1403\">The <strong data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1138\">optimized geometry of the sandblasting baskets<\/strong> plays a key role in the quality of the final result.
