The SAB 3 Plus manual blasting cabinet is a professional benchtop blasting machine specifically designed for watchmaking laboratories and precision mechanics applications. Ergonomic, fully sealed, and comprehensively equipped, it ensures a clean, quiet, and high-performance working environment.
The SAB 3 Plus is the improved version of the SAB 3 blasting cabinet, developed to meet the demands of watchmaking professionals.
Its ergonomic design facilitates prolonged work, while its sealed structure prevents any leakage of dust or abrasive.
The machine is equipped with a large panoramic window offering optimal visibility, complemented by lighting adapted for precision mechanics. This configuration ensures perfect visual control during micro-blasting and finishing operations.
Each SAB 3 Plus blasting cabinet is equipped with 3 tanks, an abrasive heating system, and a Venturi recovery system, ensuring smooth, economical, and consistent operation.
Aspiration plays a central role in the machine’s performance. A silent extractor with adjustable flow ensures efficient capture of dust particles, preventing any dispersion outside the cabinet.
The aspiration connection, located on the upper right side, allows direct connection to a laboratory vacuum cleaner or the AS 800 Silent.
The optimized air circulation inside the cabinet reduces the extractor’s effort, thereby improving user comfort and system durability.
