Unlike turbine machines, the Technoblast 16P blast tunnel uses the force of compressed air to project the shot or microbeads against the surface to be treated

The choice of compressed air is often dictated by reasons of necessity because spray guns have a smaller intervention diameter

In many situations, it is not necessary to cover a large area through turbines, so blast guns are used for more precise treatments

It is a high-precision machine designed to process large series of complex parts with perfect regularity

The high number of guns , often divided into groups , makes it possible to reach every corner of a complex room without human intervention

The guns are mounted on oscillating or fixed ramps ensuring full coverage of the top , bottom and internal cavities

Operation is fully automated with parts conveyed on a wire mesh belt or on rotating satellites
