The PAL-4XXL blast cabinet is a large-format industrial machine designed for sandblasting, shot blasting, bead blasting and surface treatment of heavy and bulky parts. Available in vacuum or pressure versions, it offers high productivity, exceptional robustness and a load capacity of up to 700 kg, ideal for the mechanical and industrial sector.
The PAL-4XXL shot blasting and blasting cabinet has been designed to meet the highest requirements in industrial surface treatment. With its generous dimensions, robustness and modularity, it is a reference solution for sandblasting large, heavy or bulky mechanical parts.
Once supplied with compressed air and electricity, the PAL-4XXL is immediately ready for use. It allows the efficient processing of motorcycle chassis, engine parts, cast iron elements, metal structures, as well as many industrial parts requiring precise and homogeneous pickling, shot blasting or bead blasting.
Vacuum or pressure version: tailor-made performance
The PAL-4XXL cab is available:
in the vacuum version, an economical solution perfectly suited to common applications,
or in the pressure version, representing a higher investment, but offering up to 4 times higher productivity, thanks to a more powerful projection and greatly reduced processing times.
This modularity makes it possible to adapt the machine to the production constraints, the budget and the level of performance sought.
Rugged and ergonomic design
The PAL-4XXL offers an exceptional volume of work, making it easy to insert and handle large and heavy parts. Its side loading trolley supports large loads (up to 350 or 700 kg depending on the configuration), improving ergonomics and operator safety.
The cabin can be equipped with many professional equipment :

rotating workpiece holder (manual or motorized),
abrasive regeneration cyclone,
Pressure sandblasting tank.
The optimised air circulation combined with powerful LED lighting ensures perfect visibility inside the cab, while the full sealing ensures a clean and safe working environment.
