Special PAL cabins

ABM Machines offers the design and manufacture of special PAL blasting cabinets, fully customized to meet the particular requirements of each industrial project. When standard solutions are no longer enough, these tailor-made machines allow you to optimize surface treatment, productivity and ergonomics according to your actual production constraints.

Special PAL blasting cabinets can be developed for sandblasting, shot blasting, bead blasting, shot-peening, industrial cleaning or polishing, with dimensions, configuration and equipment adapted to oversized parts, complex shapes or high speeds.

The booths shown in the photo are examples of customised realisations, illustrating ABM Machines’ ability to design specific equipment: special work volumes, dedicated accesses, integration of automation, reinforced loading systems or advanced abrasive management options.

Designed to fit your needs

Each special PAL cab is designed in close collaboration with the customer in order to define:

• the exact dimensions of the work area,

• the type of surface treatment to be carried out,

• the abrasive media used,

• the expected level of productivity,

• the constraints of integration in the workshop.

The machines can be equipped with many specific equipment and options, such as:

• vacuum or pressure blasting systems,

• self-cleaning dust collector filters,

• abrasive regeneration cyclones,

• integrated material handling solutions,

• fixed or rotating workpiece holders,

• Integration of automated processes.
