PAL-4 Blasting and Sandblasting Cabinet

The PAL-4 blasting and sandblasting cabinet was developed to meet the highest requirements for industrial surface finishing. Designed for intensive use, it performs a wide range of processes: sandblasting, shot blasting, glass bead blasting, decorative sandblasting, shot peening, deburring, metal hardening, surface treatments, industrial cleaning, and polishing of large parts.

Treatment results vary depending on the type of abrasive media used, allowing for increased roughness, reduced roughness, or a homogeneous polish. The PAL-4 is compatible with all abrasive media available on the market: corundum, glass shot, glass beads, metallic abrasives, as well as other specific grits depending on the application.

Suction or Pressure: An Upgradeable Cabinet

The PAL-4 cabinet can operate in suction mode or be equipped with a pressure blasting system (optional).
Pressure blasting allows for:

• a significant reduction in cycle times,

• improved efficiency on complex surfaces,

• an estimated productivity gain of 300 to 500% compared to a suction cabinet.

All PAL cabinets are modular and can be converted to a pressure version upon request.

Pressure versions can include:

• an internal wear-resistant rubber lining,
