The Technoblast carousel shot blasting machine is designed for the mass production and continuous processing of steel parts. Thanks to its circular rail, it allows simultaneous loading and unloading during 360° blasting. Compatible with manual or robotic feeding, it guarantees a smooth production flow, high productivity and consistent processing quality.

Technoblast carousel blast machines are a variant of hook machines.
A suspended conveyor supports several hooks that pass through a blast chamber, projecting a large number of abrasive or spherical particles using a large number of impellers.
The particles hit the surface to be treated at a speed of between 40 and 150 m/s, ensuring homogeneous and efficient treatment.
The special feature of this machine is its transport system : instead of a single hook entering and leaving the chamber, it uses a circular (or loop) rail to manage several hooks simultaneously.
The Technoblast carousel shot blasting machine is the reference machine for mass production, as it allows parts to be automatically or manually loaded and unloaded while others are being blasted inside the machine.
Operating Principle
The carousel works according to an indexed walking principle (step by step), organized into several distinct areas:
1. External Loading Area
The operator or a robot hooks the parts on a free hook positioned on the circular rail.
2. Shot blasting area (indoor)
The door closes automatically.
The hook starts to rotate on itself as it moves towards the exit, successively passing in front of the turbines to ensure a 360° blasting, in all directions (in 3D).
3. External unloading area
The hook returns to the starting point through the opening of the exit doors.
The production flow can also be conveyed to a dedicated station, allowing the removal of clean parts.
