The SIMPLEX SMALL is an automatic mechanical parts washing machine, specially designed for the processing of small and medium-sized parts in demanding industrial environments. Compact and efficient, it allows efficient , homogeneous and reproducible washing, while optimizing cycle times and productivity.
Cleaning is provided by a system of top, bottom and side jets, guaranteeing complete coverage of the parts. The rotating basket, driven by a geared motor, ensures a slow and steady rotation, promoting uniform washing without risk to sensitive components.
Cycle management is provided by a PLC with a color touch screen, offering an intuitive interface and numerous configuration and customization possibilities. Thanks to its scalable design and compatibility with many accessories, the SIMPLEX SMALL easily adapts to production constraints and quality requirements.
The machine is available in versions:
LT with heating up to 60 °C
HT with heating up to 80 °C
Equipped with a single tank and powered by 400V three-phase, it is a reliable, robust and versatile professional solution, suitable for both maintenance workshops and specialized industrial environments.
