ST 206L – High Capacity Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner

The Sonixtek ST 206L is a high-capacity industrial ultrasonic cleaner, designed for professional environments requiring intensive, precise and continuous cleaning. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers a capacity of 206 liters, ideal for the processing of large parts, heavy loads or large batches in production lines.

Thanks to its high-power ultrasonic cleaning technology, the ST 206L effectively removes impurities, greases, residues and contaminants, even in hard-to-reach areas, internal cavities and complex geometries. It allows the cleaning of demanding technical components such as complex mechanical parts, turbochargers, sensitive industrial components, without manual intervention, while guaranteeing a homogeneous and reproducible result.

Equipped with powerful external generators with sweep function, the machine ensures an even distribution of ultrasonic waves, avoiding dead zones and optimizing processing efficiency. The adjustable ultrasonic power, combined with adjustable heating from 10 to 100 °C, allows each cycle to be precisely adapted to the materials and the level of contamination.

Designed for 24-hour industrial operation, the ST 206L incorporates a robust 2 mm stainless steel tank, a reinforced stainless steel basket that can hold up to 100 kg, a 1″ drain valve, as well as lockable multidirectional castors for easy handling in the workshop.
