Description & operation

The SIMPLEX BIG is a professional automatic mechanical parts washing machine designed for cleaning medium and large parts, including heavy loads, in demanding industrial environments.
A true high-performance industrial workpiece washer, it meets the needs of sectors requiring productivity, robustness and cleaning precision.

The parts are positioned on an external trolley and then fed into the washing cabin. The secure closing of the vertical door is carried out by a two-handed control system, ensuring that it is used in accordance with industrial safety requirements. Once the cycle is started, the motorized rotating platform ensures homogeneous exposure of the parts to the upper, lower and lateral wash jets.

The washing system is based on a horizontal stainless steel pump, which sucks up the liquid from the single tank and sprays it efficiently over all surfaces. The slow rotation controlled by the geared motor with torque limiter ensures uniform cleaning, even for complex geometries.

The SIMPLEX BIG is controlled by an industrial PLC with a color touch screen, allowing:

• Precise control of the liquid temperature (up to 60 °C in the LT version, up to 80 °C in the HT version),

• management of programmable washing cycles,

• the configuration of heating schedules,

• Real-time control of components,

• The use of up to 16 customizable programs.

Thanks to its compatibility with many optional equipment (hot air drying, high-pressure pump, gas/diesel burner heating, integrated manual washing, etc.), the SIMPLEX BIG becomes a fully configurable industrial cleaning solution, perfectly suited to modern production lines.
The Industry 4.0 option also allows it to be integrated into a connected environment.

Its reinforced mechanical design ensures a long service life, reduced operator time and very low operating costs, while ensuring a consistent and professional level of cleanliness.
