TUNNEL O – Automated washing line for continuous production

The TUNNEL O is a multi-phase industrial washing machine designed for the continuous processing of parts within automated production lines. This industrial tunnel washer ensures a complete process integrating washing, rinsing, blowing and drying thanks to several independent treatment chambers, guaranteeing precise, homogeneous and reproducible cleaning.

The design of the TUNNEL O allows for a single-stage or multi-stage configuration with final drying, in order to adapt to the constraints of production rate, quality requirements and the characteristics of the parts being processed. The parts are automatically driven by conveyor, ensuring a continuous, uninterrupted flow and optimization of cycle times.

Available in several technical variants, the range meets a variety of industrial needs:

• linear or oval version with carpet, suitable for rooms of various shapes and sizes;

• version with stepper pallets, ideal for calibrated processing of parts with high technological complexity ;

• Tunnel tube version, dedicated to the internal and external treatment of profiles and tubes.

Thanks to its high level of automation, the machine reduces human intervention while ensuring stable washing parameters. It also allows for a significant reduction in production costs and an overall improvement in productivity, especially when integrated into an automated manufacturing line.

The TUNNEL O is equipped with PLC controls with a colour touchscreen, compatible with Industry 4.0 environments, and available in an HV version with heating up to 80 °C. Depending on the process requirements, it can be configured with a single, double or triple tank, offering great operating flexibility. The possible use of non-polluting biodegradable detergents contributes to a more responsible approach without compromising on performance.
