Description & operation

The TWISTER is a professional automatic mechanical parts washing machine specially designed for cleaning small and medium-sized bulk parts. Thanks to its continuous rotation system on the horizontal axis, it guarantees homogeneous, precise and repeatable washing, even for parts with complex geometries.

The parts are placed in an electrowelded stainless steel mesh box with lid, ensuring both excellent mechanical strength and perfect circulation of the washing liquid. This design allows for efficient cleaning of rotating parts, seals, technical components and small mechanical parts.

The washing process is based on a controlled spray combined with continuous rotation, which greatly improves the penetration of the liquid into hard-to-reach areas and ensures consistent cleaning quality.

The TWISTER is controlled by an industrial PLC with a color touch screen, offering precise control of the washing parameters and the possibility of integration into a connected environment thanks to the Industry 4.0 option.
It is available in two versions:

• LT : Liquid heating up to 60 °C

• HT : Liquid heating up to 80 °C
