The Sonixtek ST 65L is a professional industrial ultrasonic cleaner designed to meet the demands of heavy-duty production environments. Made entirely of stainless steel, this machine offers a capacity of 65 liters and fits into an industrial range from 40 to 400 liters, available in standard or custom versions.

Thanks to its high-power ultrasonic cleaning technology, the ST 65L effectively removes impurities, grease and residue, even in hard-to-reach areas, narrow holes and complex geometries. It allows the cleaning of technical components such as carburettors, turbochargers, complex mechanical parts and delicate components, without manual intervention, while guaranteeing a homogeneous and reproducible result.

The machine is equipped with powerful external generators with Sweep function, ensuring optimal distribution of ultrasonic waves and deeper and more efficient cleaning. The adjustable ultrasonic power, combined with an adjustable heating temperature from 10 to 100 °C, allows the cycles to be precisely adapted to the materials and the level of fouling.

Designed for intensive industrial use 24 hours a day, the ST 65L has a robust chassis, an AISI 304 stainless steel tank (2 mm thick), a reinforced stainless steel basket, a 1″ drain valve, and lockable multidirectional castors for easy handling in the workshop.

With its 18 transducers, an ultrasonic power of 1080 W, a heating power of 3000 W and a possible power supply in 220V or 400V, the ST 65L is a reliable, durable and high-performance industrial solution, suitable for professional garages, mechanical, electronics, aeronautics, chemicals and manufacturing production.
