SD 30L Series (Large Capacity Professional Ultrasonic Cleaner)

The SD 30L Series is a high-capacity (30 L) professional ultrasonic cleaner, ideal for intensive cleaning of technical parts.
Equipped with a temperature setting (0–80 °C), a digital timer, Sweep and Degas functions, and a durable stainless steel tank, it guarantees precise, homogeneous and efficient cleaning for professional environments.

The Sonixtek SD 30L Series is a range of professional benchtop ultrasonic cleaners with a large capacity of 30 litres, ideal for intensive cleaning of large parts or large batches. It ensures high-performance cleaning in demanding workshops, laboratories and technical environments.

Thanks to the 40 kHz ultrasonic cleaning technology, dirt, grease, residue and particles are effectively removed, even in hard-to-reach areas. The Sweep function varies the frequency to avoid dead zones and ensure a homogeneous treatment on all surfaces, while the Degas function improves the efficiency of the bath by quickly removing air bubbles.

The SD 30L Series is equipped with a user-friendly digital control panel with digital display, allowing precise adjustment:

temperature from 0 to 80 °C,
from the timer from 1 to 99 minutes,
of the cleaning mode (Normal for maximum power or Gentle for sensitive parts).

The tank is made of thick, acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, guaranteeing a long service life even in intensive use. The appliances come with a stainless steel basket and lid, ready to use.

With its 10 transducers, 600 W ultrasonic power, and 500 or 800 W heating power, the SD 30L Series is a robust, versatile and high-performance professional solution, perfectly suited to demanding sectors such as mechanical, electronics, medical, dental, jewelry, laboratories and industrial maintenance.

Outgassing function

The degassing feature removes the air trapped in the cleaning solution, improving cleaning efficiency and ensuring better results, especially for complex or delicate parts.

Two cleaning modes

Choose between Normal mode for full-power cleaning and Gentle mode, with sweep frequency, specially designed for delicate applications and dead zone removal, ensuring a thorough and safe clean.
