Description & operation

The ROBUR 3B is a professional automatic mechanical parts washing machine designed for the intensive cleaning of medium and large parts, as well as for the processing of heavy loads and large volumes. Thanks to its advanced industrial design, it meets the requirements of sectors with high productivity and quality constraints.

Washing is carried out by upper, lower and lateral jets, combined with a motorised rotating platform whose slow rotation is controlled by a geared motor with torque limiter, guaranteeing homogeneous and safe cleaning, even for complex parts.

The ROBUR 3B incorporates a three-bath system with triple tank, allowing the different washing phases (washing, rinsing, specific treatment) to be optimised and significantly improving the final quality of cleaning.
The large-capacity tank, positioned sideways and separated from the washing chamber, facilitates servicing, maintenance and fluid management.

Control is provided by an industrial PLC with a colour touch screen, offering:

• precise control of washing parameters,

• the management of multiple custom cycles,

• Industry 4.0 compatibility for integration into connected environments.

Available in LT (heating up to 60 °C) or HT (heating up to 80 °C) versions, the ROBUR 3B guarantees high cleaning efficiency, even on heavily soiled parts.
